Tom decided that we should have a healthy start to the day today so he put on his DVD of the musical Oliver and had me doing the Dance Along section in the extras. Before breakfast. Three songs’ worth. Twice. First there was the dance along bit where we learned the moves, then there was the dance and sing along bit where we did it without the instructor. Six dances before breakfast, in my pyjamas and dressing gown. Needless to say I felt very fit and healthy after all that. (If fit and healthy means sweaty, breathless and hungry.)
Who needs a gym or personal trainer when there’s Tom, the human dynamo, to encourage you along?
